Bulgaria, Pamporovo Ski resort is the fastest up and coming east european ski resort for ski and snowboarding. The snow was extremely thick in March 05 and the sun was shining !
Bulgarian beer was 60p a pint, and a main meal was a couple of pounds.
The ski and snowboarding schools were excellent, with English and Bulgarian instructors who were relaxed and fun to be with.
Ski season starts in December so I will be there next year!
